I am Levi, Marketing Lead at UBA. Glad to have this opportunity to introduce myself, Universal Basic Asset, and our governance token EQUITY. A little on myself: I am a blockchain enthusiast, and have worked in marketing at a gaming company for 5 years. The reason I helped build UBA is because I believe it will bring about real changes to the future of SocialFi.

UBA (Universal Basic Asset) is a SocialFi oracle with Web3 privacy protection. It incentivizes users to bring off-chain social influence onto the blockchain and provides a social mapping API for SocialFi developers.

SocialFI developers can also access social mapping data through our APIs, to boot up their project development.

Traditionally, social mapping data is monopolized by centralized social media companies. In web 3, we believe this data should become an infrastructure that is open and accessible to all developers, so that SocialFi developers can jumpstart their project with 1.UBA’s large user base, and 2. Social mapping data through UBA’s oracle APIs.

At the same time, because these social mapping data are stored on open blockchain ledgers, it is equally important to protect the data privacy of users and limit data accessibility to only credible developers.

UBA is created to provide this new infrastructure.

• The UBA project was established in Canada in 2021. Its main members came from Project Galaxy, UBS, and Facebook.
• UBA is a member of Binance Incubator and has won the title of Binance MVB Monthly Star
• UBA is also in strategic partnership with Polygon for its initial launch, the partnership will see UBA and Polygon Studios work closely together to ensure UBA have access to a Polygon’s advisory and investment.

• Staking: EQUITY can be staked by the developers to access on-chain social mapping data.
• Consumption: Developers that make requests would need to consume EQUITY tokens.
• Governance: EQUITY token is also awarded to important contributors in the UBA community and can be used to vote on DAO developments.

The full launch is a gradual process. We have launched NFTs which have had incredibly strong performance. Right now, we are in the process of launching our governance token Equity on Polygon and OKC, which has been going great and we already have more than 120,000 Equity holding addresses. Next, we will start to add trading pairs and liquidity to the UBA ecosystem step by step.

We are committed to make every step strong and solid.

-We can expect continuous enrichment in UBA’s content building, and consequently a lot more media coverage.
